What are your Shipping Rates?
Consumable Tea products are shipped free to the United States using Standard Shipping. Priority Upgrades are available upon request. Merchandise and Tea Gear are shipped separately by a third party printer and will incur a shipping charge. Fees are calculated upon checkout and vary between zip codes.
How do I return an item?
If there is physical damage to the package during shipping or you feel it is unsafe to consume, tins of tea can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend. Tea at this time cannot be returned for credit or refund.
Merchandise Return Policy:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must be in the original packaging, unwashed and tags attached. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from purchase date.
