"Selah" Herbal Relaxation Tea, Loose Tea
You deserve some rest and relaxation. Can I get an amen? "Selah" is a word that scholars in Hebrew have still not collectively come to a conclusion on its meaning. While it is likely a direction for the choir director to "break" or "rest", it is also thought it can mean "so be it" or even a term of measurement. Whatever the case, let this tea do it's blessing to soothe away the stress of the day. We have blended chamomile, lavender, spearmint, and lemongrass to lend a relief with each sip as you recline and wind down your routine.
Ingredients: Chamomile, lavender, spearmint, lemongrass
Notes: Honey, dandelion jam, citrus vanilla
- Nt. Wt. 2oz. Makes 25 cups of tea using 1 tsp per cup (for stronger tea, use more), comes with tin
-Steep 4-5 minutes using water between 190-195℉
-Suggested additions to taste (optional): 1 tsp raw honey
